Nurse Practitioner (Two Positions)
Terms:
1.0 FTE (37.5 hours/week)
Description:
Working with the interdisciplinary team, the Nurse Practitioner will assist with health promotion, illness prevention and treatment, health education, awareness, counselling and education. Will provide a full range of primary health care interventions including health promotion.
