Medical Office Administrator
Terms:
1.0 FTE (37.5 hours/week)
Description:
The MOA works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide a variety of administrative and logistical support. As an MOA at the PCHC it is important that you value self-awareness, empathy, and patience, be flexible and able to embrace change in an organization that adapts to the changing needs of the clients we serve. This role requires a deep understanding of the diverse perspectives of our team and clients, an ability to recognize and mitigate unconscious biases, and a commitment to treating everyone with respect and compassion.

Health Promoter
Terms:
1.0 FTE (37.5 hours/week) - 1 year contract
Description:
The Health Promoter works to enhance the health of community members through educational and prevention strategies, program development, and advocacy and engagement approaches in order to reduce inequities in the determinants of health. Working both independently and collaboratively with staff, community partners, and clients, the health promoter employs education strategies, community development techniques, and program planning, implementation and evaluation research methods. This position will focus primarily on priority populations challenged by social isolation and access to care barriers.

Registered Practical Nurse
Terms:

Description:
The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides compassionate, client-centered care in both clinical and outreach settings. The RPN supports health promotion, chronic disease management and harm reduction, working within an interdisciplinary team.
