Client Rights and Responsibilities

We are committed to providing compassionate, honest, and respectful care to our clients, their families, and the community. We will treat you with courtesy, maintain the confidentiality of your health records, listen to your concerns, and support you in making decisions about your well-being. We will also inform you about your treatment options, including the right to seek a second opinion. In return, we expect you to be punctual for appointments, treat our staff with respect, communicate openly about your health, update us with any changes to your personal information, and ask questions when needed.
