About the event
Losing someone to drug poisoning carries a unique and often complex grief—one that can feel isolating, misunderstood, and difficult to talk about. Unspoken Loss is a 6-week, facilitated small group that offers a safe, compassionate space for individuals to come together, share their experiences, and begin to process their loss alongside others who understand.
Through guided conversations, reflection, and gentle therapeutic approaches, participants will have the opportunity to explore their grief, navigate complicated emotions, and find meaningful ways to honour their person. This group acknowledges the impact of stigma and silence, and creates space for stories, connection, and healing.
